Grameen-Jameel in YemenPrior to entering a new market, Grameen-Jameel conducts a rigorous market assessment of the prospective country, market demand and growth potential of the MF sector, analyzing local MFIs, and the existing and anticipated legal and regulatory frameworks governing microfinance. Grameen-Jameel conducts a comprehensive due diligence to select microfinance institutions with whom to form partnerships with, this includes assessing all financial and operational aspects of leading MFIs in a given country. Through this process, Grameen-Jameel seeks to form partnerships with institutions that share its values:
